On Desktop, first click on the Sign In | Create Account option at the left upper corner of the website.
On mobile, scroll down the page and you’ll see account icon in the bottom menu. Or Click here.
> A Popup window Will Appear > Choose Register > Enter Required Details > Check ‘Accept Privacy Policy’ Box > Click Register
You’ve successfully created an account. But before you can log in, a confirmation email will be sent to your submitted email.
Open your email and click on the confirmation link.
Now your account i s now verified. You can log in to your account at Pahadi Goods login page.
Click here or follow these steps:
First, go to the login page. > Now click ‘Lost your password‘ > Now enter your username or registered email.
We’ll send a password reset link to your registered email. Open your email, click on password reset link and set a new password.
Now you can login with your new password.
Sorry to see you go. But in case if you’ve decided to delete your account. You need to send an account deletation request to Pahadi Goods support team.
You can easily do that by submmiting your request at the contact us page of the website.
Please, don’t forget to tell us the reason for deleting your account. It will help us to improve our services in future.
Payments
We accept Cards(Visa, Master, Rupey, Mestro), UPI/QR(Google Pay, PhonePe, and more), Netbanking(All Indian banks), Wallet, Pay Leter(ICICI Bank).
Yes! Cash on delivery is available. You can pay at delivery, all over India.
Ordering Products
You can not place an order at Pahadi Goods without creating an account. So first create an account and enjoy our services.
Follow these steps to reaturn product(s) you’ve purchased:
Login to your Pahadi Goods account > Go to orders > Select order/product you want to return > Click on ‘Request Return’ > Select options and reason of returning > Submit
Now you’ve successfully submitted your request for return. Once we recieve it, our team will review the request. You’ll be informed when we started to process your request.

You can easily cancel your order anytime at https://www.pahadigoods.com/my-account/orders/
Or via visisiting your account page at Pagadi Goods > Oeder > Select order you want to cancel.

To get a refund, you should meet all the conditions required. Which are:
- You receive a faulty or defective product;
- You receive a product that is different from what you ordered;
- You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page;
- If the product does not fit well (size issues)

No! Currently we’re only operating in India. But maybe in future we will expand our services.
Usually it takes 4-7 days. But sometimes it could take upto 14 days depends on the climate of north India, and few other things.
Order on demand could take up to 7-21 days.
We offer free shipping on an order of more than ₹2499. If your cart worth more than ₹2499, you’ll be eligible for free shipping.
